This package is for you who seeks standard doula support through your pregnancy and birth.

2 in-person antenatal visits to prep for birth, postpartum, and parenting
unlimited text and call communication throughout pregnancy
on-call 24/7 availability starting at 37 weeks
birth attendance, with a guaranteed back-up doula available
1 postnatal debrief session in the comfort of your own home (up to 2 hours)
basic placenta encapsulation package included

This package is for you who seeks support in early postnatal as a reminder to rest and heal.
Includes:
3 in-person antenatal visits to prep for birth, postpartum, and parenting
unlimited text and flexible calling communication throughout pregnancy & 6 weeks postpartum
on-call 24/7 availability starting at 37 weeks
birth attendance, with a guaranteed back-up doula available
1 postnatal debrief sessions + 6 hours of postnatal care (up to 3 hours/session)
1 antenatal massage & 1 postnatal massage

This package is for you who seeks support and tending through your first 40 postnatal days
Includes:
3 in-person antenatal visits to prep for birth, postpartum, and parenting
unlimited text and flexible calling communication throughout pregnancy & 8 weeks postpartum

birth attendance, with a guaranteed back-up doula available
1 antenatal massage & 1 postnatal massage
1 postnatal debrief sessions + 18 hours of postnatal care (up to 3 hours/session)

It is never too early, or too late, to plan and prepare for the postnatal period. Unfortunately, We tend to focus all our energy on learning about pregnancy and preparing for the birth and forget that there is a whole fourth trimester after your baby is born. I believe that for you to best take care of your baby you need to be taken care of. Through nourishing food, herbal healing, light cleaning, emotional support, and caring for baby to help you rest, heal, and recover, I will work closely with you to provide custom and gentle care to you, your baby, and your family to honor and respect the incredible transformation that your mind, soul, and body have undergone during pregnancy.

Each postnatal care session is a minimum of 3 hours, during the hours of 10 am - 7 pm.
